Hi, I’m Cassidy—a proud Midwest girl born and raised just north of Milwaukee. After graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a Marketing degree in 2020, I discovered my passion for design during a graphic design course. Although my degree wasn’t in Graphic Design, I couldn’t ignore the creative spark I’d found.

My journey led me to a role as a Creative Director at a small company, where I immersed myself in graphic design projects. That’s when I thought, “Why not dive into graphic design on the side?” And dive in I did! My self-taught skills started catching people’s eyes, leading to exciting side projects and a growing love for design.

In 2023, an ad for Becca Luna’s Web Design course caught my eye, and I was instantly inspired. Why not take my design passion to a bigger stage—websites! With everyone needing a standout online presence, I knew the time was right. That’s how CB Creative Studios was born.

And now, with Create with CB, I’m excited to share all my design tips, tricks, and insights with you. Let’s make your online presence as vibrant and unique as you are!

Coffee, coffee, coffee!!! When it comes to beverages, I’ll take coffee over alcohol any day. My ultimate go-to coffee orders are an iced vanilla latte or an iced mocha—perfect for a pick-me-up or just a little indulgence. 

A play or cuddle session with Oatie, my Havanese poodle mix! A quick walk or some fetch with Oatie always helps me clear my mind and spark new design ideas.

I’d be an interior designer! (Notice a common theme?) I absolutely love interior design—my style is modern and neutral. I’m hoping to write more interior design blog posts in the near future, so stay tuned!

This might need to be taken with a grain of salt, but as a certified perfectionist, the best advice I’ve received is to just get things done. I can spend hours fidgeting with my designs, but sometimes the mantra “less is more” is a game-changer!
